1. Acceptance
By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Services
We provide professional cleaning services including carpet cleaning, Persian and Oriental rug cleaning, upholstery and mattress cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and solar panel cleaning. Service availability is subject to scheduling and location.
3. Bookings & Quotes
All quotes are free and obligation-free. Quotes are estimates based on information provided — final pricing may vary upon inspection. Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email.
4. Free Pickup & Delivery
Free pickup and delivery applies to rugs and loose carpets within Pretoria East only. Areas outside Pretoria East may incur a travel fee, confirmed at time of booking.
5. Turnaround Time
Rug and loose carpet cleaning turnaround is typically 2–5 working days, weather dependent. We will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Stain & Odour Disclaimer
We remove non-permanent stains and pet odours where possible. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, bleach marks, or damage caused prior to cleaning. We will advise you before proceeding.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service or upon delivery and collection of rugs. We accept EFT and cash. Receipts are provided on request.
8. Liability
We take every precaution with your property. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.
9. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
