Do you remove Pet Odour and Stains?

How long does it take to dry?

Due to our Deep Extraction method and weather depending it will take only a couple of hours to dry.

Where do you clean Persian and Loose rugs?

We clean all Persian/Oriental and Loose rugs at our premises. All rugs are safely stored before and after cleaning and are also always under roof while drying.

How long before I get my carpets back?

It can take up to 5 - 7 working days, weather depending. However it rarely takes this long. Some carpets are returned within 24hours.

How do you clean Upholstery & Mattresses?

We use a combination of "Elbow Grease" along with an Industrial Extractor on both, however mattresses gets vacuumed with a Special Tool that uses both UV and suction to kill off microbes as well as get rid of 'Bed Bugs'.
